Can you insure my vehicle if I am visiting from Canada?
In most cases, yes. We work with carriers that write for seasonal residents and visitors, and we place cross border situations regularly. The vehicle generally needs to be registered in the state where it will be driven, and eligibility depends on the carrier’s requirements and your driving history. Call us and we will tell you quickly whether we can help.
Can I reduce coverage on a vehicle while I am away for the season?
Often, yes. If a vehicle is stored and not being driven, some carriers allow comprehensive only coverage, which protects against non-driving losses such as theft, fire and hail, and usually carries a lower premium than full coverage. Two things to know first. Comprehensive only does not cover you to drive the vehicle, and a lender or lienholder may require coverage you are not free to drop. Talk to us before you make the change so nothing is left exposed.
Which insurance carriers do you work with?
We are an independent agency, so we are not tied to any one carrier. We shop 60+ carriers, most rated A or better by AM Best, and we also have access to specialty markets for risks that standard carriers decline. That covers the older mobile home, the seasonal vehicle, and the property another agency could not place.
Do you insure mobile and manufactured homes?
Yes, and it is one of the lines we write most. Coverage for mobile and manufactured homes works differently from a standard homeowners policy, and many national carriers will not write them at all past a certain age. We work with carriers that specialize in these homes throughout Arizona, including park models.
My policy was canceled or not renewed. Can you still help?
Usually. A non-renewal often follows a claim, the age of a roof, or a carrier pulling out of the state, and it does not mean you are uninsurable. Because we are independent we can take your situation to several carriers at once, including specialty markets built for harder to place risks.
Do I have to come into an office?
No. We can handle everything by phone or email. We also have three offices across the Valley, and many clients prefer to meet in person for a first policy or an open claim.

Can I bundle auto with renters or home?
Yes. Many carriers offer a multi-policy discount when auto is written with renters or home. We quote them together and show you the difference.
My lender requires full coverage. What does that mean?
A lender or leasing company usually requires comprehensive and collision, often with a set deductible. We match the policy to what your loan requires and list the lienholder on it.

Is my golf cart covered by my home policy?
Often not once it leaves your property. Many home policies limit or exclude carts on community streets. We write the cart on its own policy, street legal or not.
I live here part of the year. What should I check?
A home left unoccupied for part of the year can need different coverage. Call when you arrive and before you leave, and we review the home, the vehicles and the cart with you.

Fox Reliable Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency with offices in Phoenix, Mesa and Apache Junction, Arizona. This policy covers this website and the forms on it.
What you share
The quote request form asks for your name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state and ZIP code, the kind of coverage you are asking about, and the answers to the questions that follow from it. For vehicle coverage that includes dates of birth, license details, driving history and vehicle details such as the VIN. You can also attach documents such as a declarations page.
To fill in the form faster, the address you type is looked up with Photon, a public address service built on OpenStreetMap, a ZIP code is looked up with the public Zippopotam list, and a VIN or a year and make is looked up with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vehicle database. Only the address, ZIP code, VIN, year or make you typed is sent for those lookups, never your name or contact details.
An email or a phone call to us carries whatever you choose to tell us.
What is recorded automatically
When you send a form we record the date and time, the internet address the request came from and the browser you used. We keep that to stop abuse of the forms and to work out what happened if a message does not arrive.
We also note how you reached the site, such as a search ad, to measure our advertising.
This site uses the Google tag to measure our Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google sets a cookie that lets us count whether a quote request followed. Google does not receive your name, email, phone number or your answers on the form. You can limit ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and block or clear cookies in your browser. Your browser stores a few small settings for you, the light or dark theme you chose, the office nearest you, and which of two welcome page designs you see, so the site remembers them next time. The theme and office stay in your browser. For the welcome page design we count how many visitors see each one and which one a quote request or a tap on our phone number came from, using a scrambled form of your connection address so each visitor is counted once. No name or contact detail is attached to those counts.
We also count which pages are visited and which links and buttons are tapped, using the same scrambled form of your connection address, so we can put the choices visitors find most useful first. No name or contact detail is attached to those counts either.
What we do
We use what you send to prepare a quote, to reach you about it, and to service a policy you hold with us.
To shop a quote we pass the details you gave us to the insurance carriers and wholesalers we approach on your behalf. Those companies handle your information under their own privacy policies.
We use service providers to run this website’s forms, to store what you send and to deliver our email. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything else.
Surety bonds bought on our Surety bonds page are issued and paid for through Propeller, the bonding company we work with, which handles what you enter under its own privacy policy and terms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your name or contact details with advertisers.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we use it to reach you about your request, your quote and the policies you hold with us. We keep the number, the date you agreed and a record of the messages with the rest of your file, and we handle it the same way we handle everything else here.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP or writing to team@foxreliable.com. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. What we send and how we send it is set out in our Terms of use.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and policy records for as long as we need them to serve you and for as long as insurance and tax record keeping rules require, which is usually several years after a policy ends.
